As of Wednesday May 5th 2010, SAP Business One 8.8 is in general availabiity.

That means that the SAP “testing” process known as Ramp Up has been completed succcessfully and that the product has been installed and run live successfully by customers in most of the all of the countries where a localised release is available – around 40 at last count.

So the more than 27000 existing SAP Business One customers can now upgrade to the latest release and with all the cool new features and usability in the 8.8 release, it makes sense to make the move.
